site dumpers

site dumper uses

Site dumpers have the ability to carry maximum loads over the most rugged and inhospitable terrain and have the stability to deliver their payloads in safety and comfort,  all done in a timely matter for maximum productivity. Site dumper operators have the ability to view their terrain 360° without being impeded by a cabin.

The operators are also seated high on the machine, this makes for easy decisions and less operator error.

site dumper benefits

Site dumpers are the most efficient and environmentally friendly way of moving bulk material in and around the work site. They are also able to obtain a conditional road registration and be legally able to work on and around public roads. All operators must maintain a current C class Australian driver’s license.

Dumpers are ideal for stockpiling large quantities of material in one central location of the construction site, this generally reduces the amount of traffic on site by large road bound trucks and creates one central load out location. Using conventional road registered trucks on site tends to be slow and messy, and generally requires someone to clean up after them.

Site dumpers have the ability to heap stockpiles and place material in more defined piles without cross contamination. It also keeps road bound trucks from carrying unwanted material out onto the road.

site dumper features

Site dumpers have a very high ground clearance for their size which aids in moving over rough terrain. Our site dumpers all have high traction flotation tyres which almost completely reduces the risk of bogging down and getting stuck in inhospitable terrain e.g. mud, sand and snow. Floatation tyres also spread the load over the ground surface so this reduces cutting up the ground they are working in.

In addition to floatation tyres, site dumpers have constant four-wheel-drive and also articulated steering. Due to their compact design they can access and manoeuvre in very tight circumstances such as around trenches buildings barricades and sensitive areas.

The most outstanding feature of our site dumpers is the ability to discharge loads on either side of the machine by means of their skip being mounted on a swivel, this provides precise skip control. A good example of this is in the application of backfilling trenches, behind curbs, retaining walls and pits.

Our clients and many machine operators have reported to us that using site dumpers, in comparison to other earth moving equipment, is by far the easiest way of moving material on site. They are extremely easy for posi track and conventional Bobcats to load as opposed to trying to load a road truck with an aluminium body which is generally the situation.

Sometimes the road truck just seems to be too high to reach and a bit of a struggle, excavators find this site dumper perfect for loading into. They find that the site dumper can be within range in almost any situation which has saved time and double handling of material. Backhoe operators have found that loading into a site dumper whilst excavating saves them time by not having to move their own stockpile multiple times and has given them more attention to the excavation.
